MES
Warranty Policy
All MES products,
when properly installed, are warranted by MES against defects
in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from
the date of sale to the original purchaser. Any and all
returns must have a Return Authorization number, which can be
obtained by contacting MES at the telephone numbers listed
below.
Our warranty is
limited to the replacement of defective units only and does
not cover labor or any other expenses. This warranty
extends to the application under normal use and services and
does not apply to submersion, deliberate abuse, broken drive
gears, aluminum drive end housings (nose) and solenoids.
Improper installation, careless handling, burnt out units,
submerged units, tampering or dismantling of units will render
this warranty null and void.
*NOTE: MES is not
responsible for units shipped out from distributor locations
which were not properly packed and result in broken or cracked
product.
This warranty is
expressly in lieu of all other obligations or liability and
MES neither assumes nor authorizes any other person or firm to
assume for it any other liability in connection with the sale
of its products or merchandise.
Defective items
must be returned to our facility for inspection and warranty
consideration within the warranty period. All items
being returned for warranty must have an explanation of
malfunction attached to them, along with a copy of the
original customer invoice. Any new units returned broken
or disassembled will be credited at half (1/2) of the
Distributor Net Price - No exceptions !
MES will not be
responsible for any units returned to MES without a return
authorization number.
